Super Safety Lever for the LR-308 Platform
Introduction
The LR-308 lever is intended to replace the original lever when the Super Safety is used with the LR-308 platform. Due to carrier clearance, the original lever will not work with the LR-308.

Compatibility
This lever was designed to work with LR-308 carriers that feature a trip point. The KAK LR-308 carrier was used for testing. Other carriers may or may not work, inspecting to ensure that a trip point is present is the best way to check compatibility.
Filament
This design was tested with Polymaker PLA Pro. Other rigid and creep resistant filaments will also work. PA12- CF is not recommended due to creep.
Print Settings
A 0.25 nozzle is highly recommended. The print settings from the original Super Safety release should be used.
Assembly
The lever should be installed with the cam into the lower in the same way as the original. The hammer should be placed in the fallen position prior to installing the upper, this allows the lever to swing further forward and not interfere with the trip point on the carrier. If this is not done, the tail of the lever will be damaged. Slowly lower the upper into place, and swing the lever further forward as needed to prevent interference.

It would be awesome to get these made out of steel. They worked pretty good until you get any gun oil on it. I install it on a DPMS and it worked well until the oil got on it and I installed it on a CMMG 308 I had to do some altercations to the bolt and upper receiver, and I had to pull the tail end apart a little bit and wedge some electrical tape in there and then he got it to work so then I pulled it apart and filled it with epoxy and it has been working very well so far
